Free School Meals
Oldham Council free school meals informationFree school meals application form
You may be entitled to receive free school meals for your child. If you register with your local authority (links above), your child could get a healthy meal every lunchtime in our restaurant.
Children receiving free school meals use the same fingerprint payment method as everyone else, so no distinction is made between them.
Support for Uniform
The college will offer support to families who are in need of financial assistance with uniforms, and have a number of options available, including the pupil premium grant (PPG) funding for those eligible. While parents/carers can't directly apply for PPG funding, it's always a good idea to speak to us directly by contacting the relevant Year Manager.

Energy Support
Warm Homes Oldham is an award-winning free service that provides advice, support and energy saving measures to residents who are struggling to pay their energy bills and heat their homes.
You could get £140 off your electricity bill for winter 2021 to 2022 under the Warm Home Discount Scheme. The scheme opens on 18 October 2021.
The money is not paid to you - it’s a one-off discount on your electricity bill, between October and March. You may be able to get the discount on your gas bill instead if your supplier provides you with both gas and electricity. Contact your supplier to find out.
The discount will not affect your Cold Weather Payment or Winter Fuel Payment.
